  1.   FIND THE TIME FOR EXERCISE– It is important for being fit and healthy. One should walk, jog, for few minutes everyday to stay fit. It helps in blood circulation and reduce stress, depression. It also reduces risk of injury by increasing flexibility.
  2. MAKE IT A HABIT- One good way to make a habit stick is to pick a form of exercise that you enjoy. It is more beneficiary for everyone. Example like swimming, Zumba, aerobics.
  3. GO OUTDOORS- Exercising outdoors, at least part of a time can have a major benefit, you will feel fresh, light, at open air which is mentally and physically good for your health.
  4. EAT HEALTHY FOOD– Eat lots of healthy fruits, vegetables, to build immunity. One should eat a balanced meal and not overeat. Avoid junk foods, sweets. It keeps your digestive clean and running.
  5. BE SOCIAL- If you involve anyone in your activity schedule you are less likely to cancel and it will lead to positive results. Working out is a great way to meet new people.
  6. DO NOT SPEAK ANY MEAL- One should have healthy meal to keep you energetic, but avoiding it will lead to increase in your weight.
  7. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER– It helps you in keeping your bodies hydrated and to maintain a healthy body.  Water also helps to flush out toxins out through the skin and urine.
  8. KEEP TRACK OF CALORIES AND FOOD INTAKE PER DAY- Keeping track of many calories you eat in a day will be helpful in planning out your physical exercising, which will lead in losing weight.
  9. BE SURE TO GET SLEEP– Six to eight hours of sleep will keep the body going throughout the day. You should only nap for about a half hour which will prevent you from staying up later in the night.
  10. CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR- Your doctor will help you figure out which foods to avoid which will help you to lose weight or keep your body fit and healthy.
  11. DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS- It will lower your sense of self-worth, that can lead to lower self esteem and lower energy levels. It can be tempting to judge yourself based on how other people looks.
  12. STAY MOTIVATED– Mental health is an important part of feeling fit.  A positive body image will help you to stay motivated and to eat healthy and work out. Avoid negativity and try not to criticize yourself.
