If you have completed your graduation and want to take admission in Chartered Accountancy Course then in this blog I will explain that How to become a Chartered Accountant after Graduation in India.

The entry in Chartered Accountancy Course after graduation is called Direct Entry Scheme of Chartered Accountancy Course.

Eligibility for Direct Entry Scheme

To enroll yourself in Chartered Accountancy course through Direct Entry Scheme you need to be a graduate or post graduate from any recognized university approved by UGC.

If you a commerce graduate or post graduate means you are graduated in B.Com, M.Com, BBA or MBA etc. then you need minimum 55% to take admission in this course.

If you are a non-commerce graduate means you are graduated in B.Sc., M.Sc., B.A., M.A. etc. then you need minimum 60% marks to take admission in this course.

There is no any age bar. You can enroll yourself at any age.

How to become a Chartered Accountant after 10+2

Complete procedure to become a Chartered Accountant through Direct Entry Scheme

Enrol with the Institute for Intermediate Course.

Complete 4 weeks of ICITSS (Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft skills) training before starting articleship.

After completion of ICITSS training register for 3 years of practical training which is called articleship.

Articleship can be done under a C.A. in practice. You can start your articleship under any C.A. or C.A. firm of your choice.

Appear in Intermediate Examination on completion of 9 months of Practical Training on first day of the month in which the examination is to be held.

CA Intermediate examinations are held 2 times in a year in the month of May and November.

Pass both groups of CA intermediate.

Register in CA Final Course.

Complete 4 weeks of AICITSS Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft skills training during the last two years of practical training but before appearing in the Final Examination.

Appear in the Final Examination on completion of the practical training or while serving last 6 months of articled training on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is to be held after successful completion of AICITSS.

Complete articled training of 3 years.

Pass CA Final exam.

Enrol as a member of the ICAI and be designated as “Chartered Accountant”.

    Can I take admission in CA intermediate course direct entry scheme plzz tell me sir
